If Biden and the Ds had passed the Build Back Better Act with universal community college for all, it would have been a step in the right direction. It was ultimately pared down to only $1.5 trillion with no free college because of Sens Manchin and Sinema. They were worried that it might increase inflation and the debt. Look where we are now!
